- Using QuickHost's services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
1.5 Abusive Content
- Hosting, displaying, or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
1.6 Harmful Content
- Hosting or distributing content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.
1.7 Resource Abuse
- Engaging in activities that result in excessive use of server resources, causing degradation of services for other users.
2. Content and Conduct
2.1 User Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the content you host, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through QuickHost's services. QuickHost does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
2.2 Lawful Use
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using QuickHost's services.
2.3 Reporting Violations
- If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must report it to QuickHost immediately at admin@quickhost.gg

- QuickHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
5. Modifications to Services and Prices

6. Copyright and Content Ownership

- You grant QuickHost a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your website, provided such content is not in violation of any laws or rights of third parties, including DMCA protections.
- QuickHost reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts if content is found, or is believed, to be infringing on the rights of others or violating the DMCA.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your services at any time through your account management page.
- QuickHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
