QuickHost Acceptable Use Policy

1.4 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Using QuickHost's services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
1.5 Abusive Content
- Hosting, displaying, or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
1.6 Harmful Content
- Hosting or distributing content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.
1.7 Resource Abuse
- Engaging in activities that result in excessive use of server resources, causing degradation of services for other users.
2. Content and Conduct
2.1 User Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the content you host, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through QuickHost's services. QuickHost does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
2.2 Lawful Use
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using QuickHost's services.
2.3 Reporting Violations
- If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must report it to QuickHost immediately at admin@quickhost.gg
3. Service Monitoring and Enforcement
3.1 Monitoring
- QuickHost reserves the right to monitor your use of its services to ensure compliance with this AUP. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring network traffic, usage patterns, and any content hosted on our servers.
2.2 Lawful Use
- If you violate this AUP, QuickHost may take any enforcement actions it deems appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning
- Suspending or terminating your account
- Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this AUP
- Reporting violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities
4. Disclaimer
QuickHost is not responsible for any content transmitted, posted, or otherwise made available by users through its services. Users are solely responsible for their content and activities while using QuickHost's services.
5. Changes to this AUP
QuickHost reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of QuickHost's services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new AUP.

- Fees for services provided are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or provided in this ToS.
- Services are automatically renewed, and you authorize QuickHost to collect the then-applicable fees using any credit card or payment mechanism we have on record for you.
4. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your services at any time through your account management page.
- QuickHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
5. Modifications to Services and Prices

QuickHost reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
6. Copyright and Content Ownership
- You retain all rights to the content you upload to the services, provided that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, content that is subject to DMCA protections.
- You agree not to upload, share, or otherwise distribute any content that violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity, or content that is prohibited under the DMCA.
- You grant QuickHost a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your website, provided such content is not in violation of any laws or rights of third parties, including DMCA protections.
- QuickHost reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts if content is found, or is believed, to be infringing on the rights of others or violating the DMCA.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your services at any time through your account management page.
- QuickHost reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickHost, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
